It ha helped PSORAISIS and JOINT SWELLING, bu not my shoulder and upper back pain.
Pls adv. CORRECT DOSE .? I take one TEA SPOONFUL DAILY WITH LUKE WARM WATER, OR WITH MILK. USE ONLY WOODEN OR PLASTIC SPOON. Is one spoon enough ? Shoul I take bit higher UMF ??? Tks n rgrds
