A unique and easy Dessert | Manuka Honey Fruit Parfait Recipe

Ingredients:
🍹2 cups Greek yogurt (or any preferred yogurt)
🍹4 tablespoons Gather By Manuka honey (MGO rating of your choice)
🍹1 cup granola (choose your favourite type)
🍹2 cups mixed fresh fruits (like berries, kiwi, banana, and mango), chopped
🍹A handful of nuts (like almonds or walnuts), optional
🍹Dark organic chocoloate / cacao for garnish, optional
🍹Fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions:
🍯 Prepare the Fruits: Wash and chop your selected fruits into bite-sized pieces. If you're using banana, you might want to slice it just before assembling to prevent browning.

🍯 Layer the Yogurt: In serving glasses or bowls, start by spooning a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom.

🍯 Add Manuka Honey: Drizzle a tablespoon of Manuka honey over the yogurt in each glass.

🍯 Add Granola Layer: Sprinkle a layer of granola over the honey. This will add a nice crunch to your parfait.

🍯Add Fruits: Place a generous layer of your chopped fruits over the granola.

🍯Repeat Layers: Repeat the layering process - yogurt, Manuka honey, granola, and fruits until the glasses are filled to the top. Aim for two to three layers depending on the size of your glasses.

Garnish: Top the final layer with a small dollop of yogurt, a drizzle of Manuka honey, a sprinkle of your nuts if using, and a mint leaf for an extra touch of freshness.

Serve Immediately: Enjoy your Manuka Honey Fruit Parfait right away for the best taste and texture.

Tips:
For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt or any plant-based yogurt.

You can also include layers of nut butter or chia seed pudding for added texture and nutrition.

This parfait is perfect for breakfast, as a snack, or as a light dessert.
