Gather By honey is sourced from healthy honeybees foraging on biodiverse Australian Leptospermum plants, grown in partnership with Australian farmers and Traditional Owners to produce naturally pure, raw and potent Manuka honey.

To optimise MGO levels and preserve the raw honey’s natural bioactive constituents, our honey is stored in a controlled temperature environment.
MGO Explained
The effectiveness of Manuka honey is measured by Methylglyoxal (MGO) in mg/kg. The higher the MGO level the more effective the medicinal and antibacterial qualities of the Manuka medicinal honey.
Our honey is tested by independent laboratories to guarantee its MGO level and other quality markers.
Storing your honey
All our honey is dispatched from our warehouse runny and fresh, however, crystallisation can happen eventually to pure and raw honey.
There are things you can do to prevent or prolong this process though, which includes storing the honey out of direct sunlight, between 10 - 22°C, and keeping the lid tight to avoid moisture getting in.

ve been using this honey im my morning coffee and it’s honestly a game changer I’m shocked how much I love it! It’s a really nice honey. Not overpowering and strong it’s quite subtle and is such a beautiful consistency. We will definitely be doing some cooking with this in the coming days!

This Manuka honey is so deliciously thick, and syrupy. It’s quite sweet, as honey should be, so I like to drink it with lemon and hot water. Perfect for sore throats and for just general well being. And being Manuka honey 300+ MGO, you know it has added medicinal benefits, and is not just your regular honey drink. I find it less sweet and thick as regular honey too. Next time I have a cough, I will definitely be drinking this to see if it can reduce the severity. For me personally, I don’t enjoy just consuming spoonfuls of honey, it needs to be mixed with water and lemon!
I have a teaspoon of this straight from the jar every morning since I received it. I add it to my banana that I slice over my muesli at morning tea time. Not as sugary sweet as normal honey but more an earthy/ deep flavour.
I love honey especially in winter in a lemon ginger tea and what a bonus to have gather by Manuka honey that has all the additional healing benefits when so much sickness is around! Love the taste and smooth pourable texture!
