Manuka Honey Citrus Vinaigrette

 Transform your salads with this zesty, sweet, and tangy Manuka Honey Citrus Vinaigrette! A perfect blend of health and flavour to elevate your greens.


🥬 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

🥬 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

🥬 2 tablespoons orange juice (you can also try any other citrus such as lime, grapefruit, madarin etc)

🥬 1 tablespoon Gather By Manuka honey

🥬 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

🥬 1 small clove garlic, minced

🥬 Salt and pepper, to taste


Combine the Juices: In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, orange juice, and Manuka honey until the honey is completely dissolved.

Add Flavour: Add the Dijon mustard and minced garlic to the mixture, blending well to incorporate.

Emulsify: Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking to create an emulsion.

Season: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
