Manuka Honey Glazed Carrots Recipe

Using Gather By Manuka Honey, transform ordinary carrots into a delicious side dish that not only tastes good but is also nutricious. 



450g (approx) carrots sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons Gather By Manuka Honey

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)



🥕 Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). This ensures your carrots will roast perfectly.

🥕 Prepare the Carrots: In a large mixing bowl, toss the sliced carrots with olive oil, ensuring they're evenly coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

🥕 Roast the Carrots: Place the carrots in the preheated oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until they're tender and start to caramelize around the edges.

🥕 Make the Manuka Honey Glaze: While the carrots are roasting, whisk together the Gather By Manuka Honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
