
Golden Manuka Wellness Elixir
A nourishing immune-boosting drink to warm you from the inside out.
🌿 INGREDIENTS:

1 cup warm (45C or under) water or warm plant-based milk

1 tsp Gather By Manuka Honey (MGO300+ or higher)

½ tsp organic turmeric powder
-
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
-
1 pinch of ground ginger
-
1 pinch of black pepper (to activate the turmeric)

Optional: 1 tsp coconut oil or ghee for added richness
🍯 INSTRUCTIONS:

In a mug, combine the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.

Add a splash of warm water or milk and stir into a paste.

Slowly top with the rest of the warm water or milk, stirring continuously.

Once the mixture is well blended and slightly cooled (not hotter than 45°C), stir in your Manuka honey.

Sip slowly and let the warming, healing properties do their magic.
