Shipping Policy

At Gather By, we aim to provide prompt and efficient shipping throughout Australia. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (local time) will be shipped the following business day. Orders received after 1:00 PM will be processed and shipped within two business days.

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. However, please note we are unable to ship to Western Australia due to state biosecurity regulations.

This shipping timeline applies only to business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
