Where We Ship

We ship internationally to most destinations. However, due to customs, quarantine, and import restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following locations:

New Zealand
South America
Mexico
Africa
China
Thailand
Greece
Portugal
Spain
Island regions (including destinations with restricted customs access)

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

From Australia:

International orders are shipped via DHL Express and include full tracking.
From the United States (Domestic & Canada):

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, with tracking provided.
PO Boxes:

Due to international customs requirements, we cannot ship to PO Boxes for international orders. A physical street address is required.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time:

5–21 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Customs Clearance, Duties & Taxes

We take care to prepare all export documentation accurately; however, international shipping is subject to local customs regulations.

Please be aware that:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied by your local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Customs authorities may delay, inspect, or refuse entry of goods at their discretion.

If an order is returned to sender due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees, we are unable to refund:

Original shipping costs
Return shipping costs
Any customs-related charges incurred

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any applicable fees or restrictions.

Important Notice

Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse or refund any additional duties, taxes, customs fees, or shipping charges arising from customs clearance issues or unpaid import charges.

Gather By Cancellation and Returns Policy

1. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your products please get in touch with

2. All customers have the right to cancel the purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods
sold.
3. Cancellation of the sale must be sent to Gather By in a durable form such as an email,
mail or fax. Proof of the sending of this document must be retained.
4. We request that all goods being returned are returned within 14 days of receipt.
5. Gather By will refund the cost of the goods including our postage paid at the time of sale
within 30 days of receiving a valid cancellation of the contract of sale from the customer.
