HERE ARE SOME REMEDIES FOR YOUR TRAVELS

1. Daily Gut Prep (Pre-Travel)

  • Morning Tonic: Mix 1 tsp Manuka honey (MGO100+ or MGO300+) in warm water with a squeeze of lemon. Drink on an empty stomach to promote gut health and boost immunity.
  • Probiotic Boost: Combine 1 tsp Manuka honey with plain yogurt or kefir to enhance good bacteria in your gut.

2. Soothing Digestive Aid (During Travel)

  • Upset Stomach Relief: Take 1 tsp Manuka honey (MGO600+ or MGO900+) straight or mixed with ginger tea to calm nausea, bloating, or indigestion.
