1 ripe banana

1/2 cup fresh spinach

1/2 cup kale leaves, stems removed

1/2 avocado

1/2 apple, cored and chopped

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp Manuka honey

1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

A few ice cubes (optional)
