-1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen – like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
-1 ripe banana
-1/2 cup Greek yogurt (use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option)
-1 tablespoon Gather By Manuka Honey
-1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
-1 tablespoon chia seeds
-A few fresh mint leaves (optional for added freshness)
-Ice cubes (optional, if you prefer a colder smoothie)
